A Sweet Awakening, Our Spring Menu

The spring season calls us to look, listen and feel. To come back to our senses, an act that feels almost radical in a world that profits from disconnection. As chefs, our answer is to double down on flavour. To encourage you to savour, smell and taste the explosively sweet and spicy flavours of spring.

Those flavours are now on our Spring Summer menu available everyday 12:30 to 21:00. Full of the aromas, tastes and textures of spring to wake up the senses.

Our new Chocolate Brownie Sundae is a deeply nostalgic treat made with everyone’s favourite brownie. Topped with brownie pieces, Madagascan vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, Chantilly cream and a crisp chocolate shard, it is an indulgence to ground you in the here and now.

You will also find the return of our South Sands Mess, our take on an Eton Mess and a firm favourite. Our Passion Fruit Cheesecake was born out of a love for bright, sun-soaked flavours, served with mango sorbet for a fresh finish.

In more savoury news, our Chicken Caesar Salad is back on the menu for summer. With baby gem lettuce, chargrilled chicken breast, smoked bacon, anchovies, brioche croutons, parmesan shavings and Caesar dressing, it is a classic for a good reason. Crisp, satisfying and made for long, sun-filled lunches on the terrace. And there is more to come, with more summer salads set to join the menu soon.

It wouldn’t be spring without the return of the burrata salad, a dish that feels like sunshine on the table. With peppery rocket, sweet cherry tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic toast, it is simple, vibrant and full of the fresh, effortless flavours of the season.

Meanwhile, our new halibut dish is satisfying and balanced, served with sun blushed tomato risotto and samphire for a plate that feels both comforting and fresh.

Our Hariyali Chicken Tikka brings a little more spice to the menu, full of fresh, green spice and the warmth of early summer evenings. Served with tamarind purée and mint sauce, it balances gentle heat with brightness and depth.
