Ferry Discount Card Offer:

Spend £30 and receive £5 off your total bill.

  1. Minimum spend of £30 applies to the total bill before the discount is applied.
  2. £5 discount is applied once per transaction/booking, regardless of total spend above £30.
  3. Offer valid only on food purchases; excludes drinks, accommodation and gift vouchers.
  4. Offer must be presented at the time of arrival. No retrospective discounts.
  5. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or offers.
  6. No cash alternative. The discount is non-transferable.
  7. Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
  8. Offer valid until 31st October 2026.

 

Cancellation Policy

Credit/Debit Card Requirement: Card details are taken for security, but no payment is processed at booking.

Charges: A charge of £25 per person applies if:

  1. Less than 24 hours' notice is given for cancellation.
  2. Guests fail to show up at the booked time.

 

Reservation Rules

The restaurant may give away a reserved table if guests arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Seasonal Offers: Available, but guests must check the website or contact directly to stay informed about the latest offers.

Service Charges:  A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added.

Complimentary Parking: Available, but the hotel is not responsible for any issues regarding guest vehicles.

We now have a dedicated EV charger installed in our Car Park. Please note that all car charging is now chargeable.

EV Charger: Accepts contactless card payments at the point of use. (For All Electric Cars, guests must provide their own charging adapter)
13 amp 3-prong socket: Still available if needed, guests must provide their own charging lead/ adapter. Payment is made directly at Reception.

CCTV Surveillance: CCTV is operational in public areas for security purposes.

 

Dog Policy

Guests must inform the hotel in advance if bringing a dog, as only limited tables are dog-friendly.

Dog-Friendly Areas: Dogs are welcome in the bar, lounge, terrace (on a lead) and a specific area of the restaurant.

Restrictions: Dogs cannot sit on furniture; dog blankets can be provided. Dog food is not offered.
